We would then see what has sold best and order a limited number of items to have on hand to sell at games for the general public who do not have boys in the program.

New Business:

  • Tom Woodward is chairing the golf outing.  It will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015, at 1pm at Homestead Golf Course.  Discussion took place regarding Hole Sponsors and food to be served at the event.  The entry fee is $300 per team, with $40 of the fee going back to the student who brought the foursome in, which will be applied to the student’s pay to participate fee, up to a maximum of $300.  This is open to all students of the school, regardless of the activity in which he or she participates.  We will also hold a raffle, with cash prizes for first, second and third place.  We will have tickets available to the players and their parents, so that they can sell them prior to the Golf Outing, $5 for one or 6 for $25.  The drawing will take place at the Golf Outing.  The goal is for the Golf Outing to be a major fundraiser so that we can do away with smaller fundraisers.
